Glow up

As much as I love having kittens… I'm glad they're chilling out a bit as they grow up because they've been destroying the house!

One of the casualties was this plug in wall lamp I got for the living room.

When the kittens were tiny they would jump from the armchair onto it and were slowly but surely ripping and chewing all of the wicker.

So I've given it a glow up by removing the broken bits and filling the gaps with wrapped yarn.

It was so quick and simple to do and I think I actually like it even more now!

I've relocated it to our spare bedroom (along with ALL the cushions) because we're having some work done downstairs and this is our temporary living room… it's super cosy!
